Nkhwani otendera ( Pumpkin leaves with groundnut flour)


 Ingredients:
(1) 1/2 kilogram pumpkin leaves.
(2) 2 Tomatoes.
(3) 3 tablespoons groundnut flour.
(4) 1 Teaspoon salt.
 Instruments:
Wash and chop the pumpkin leaves,Boil water in a pot,put the pumpkin leaves in boiled water,Boil the pumpkin leaves for 2 minutes then add tomato,Boil again for 2 minutes then add groundnut flour,Allow the mixture to boil for another 2 minutes,Serve with nsima and other relish (side dishes).
