Nkhwani otendera ( Pumpkin leaves with groundnut flour)  Ingredients: (1) 1/2 kilogram pumpkin leaves. (2) 2 Tomatoes. (3) 3 tablespoons groundnut flour. (4) 1 Teaspoon salt.  Instruments: Wash and chop the pumpkin leaves,Boil water in a pot,put the pumpkin leaves in boiled water,Boil the pumpkin leaves for 2 minutes then add tomato,Boil again for 2 minutes then add groundnut flour,Allow the mixture to boil for another 2 minutes,Serve with nsima and other relish (side dishes). Tajik kurutob Ingredients: (1) 1 unit fatir (stratified bread) (2) 1 kilogram tomatoes (3) 1 unit butter (4) 1 kilogram onion (5) 2 bunches of greens ( some) (6) 1 kilogram chakka ( Tajik national yogurt) Instruments: Cut tomatoes,onion and greens and Mix them together, Dissolve some yogurt (Tajik national chakka)with boiled cool water,Flux butter.Crumb fatir (Tajik stratified bread),first put fatir,Than cut tomatoes,Bread,onion and green,pour chakka (yogurt) and add 2 spoons of fluxed butter,Mix all together and enjoy. Taco Dip

                       Taco Dip Ingredients: (1) 28- ounces packages cream cheese (softened) (2) 1/2 small jar of mild,medium or hot salsa sauce (not chunky) (3) 1 package shredded maxican cheese (or cheddar) (4) 1 bag plain taco chips. Instruments: Mix softened cream cheese with salsa sauce using a wooden spoon until thoroughly blended. (Use more sauce to achieve a thinner consistency for dip,less for more of a spread) Spoon dip into a small bowl and cover with shredded Mexican cheese (or cheddar cheese),chill in refrigerator. Serve with plain taco chips. Piyanggang Manuk (Roasted chicken) Ingredients: (1) 1 kilogram whole chicken. (2) 2 cups coconut milk. (3) 3 tablespoons pamapa(burnt powder,coconut meat). (4) Lemon grass to taste. (5) 1 scant teaspoon salt. Instruments: Cut chicken in halves,Rub chicken with pamapa,Line frying pan with lemon grass and place the chicken on it,Add coconut milk,and being to a boil and cook until chicken is tender,Remove chicken from fire and roast it until dry.                            Walnut Kuku Ingredients: (1) 2 eggs. (2) 20 grams spring onion. (3) 15 gram's coriander. (4) 10 Gram's dill. (5) 25 Gram's spinach. (6) 40 Gram's walnuts. (7) 30 Gram's melted butter. (8) salt and pepper,to taste.                     Pilafs Ingredients: (1) 217 grams mutton. (2) 150 grams rice. (3) 40 grams melted butter. (4) 15 grams sultana (seedless raisins). (5) 15 grams dried apricots. (6) 15 grams dried plums. (7) 10 grams persimmon. (8) 30 chestnuts (9) 15 grams pumpkin. (10) 0.1 grams salt. (11) 0.1 grams pepper. (12) 0.1 grams saffron. Instruments: Take 2-3 pieces of lamb per person, and salt and pepper, Fry dried fruit and shelled chestnuts in butter,Pour melted butter mixture in a pot,place slices of pumpkin,Then pieces of meat and stewed fruit and finally cover with rice,Simmer until rice is moist and finished cooking,When serving,Put rice on plate and place meat,Fruit with chestnuts and pumpkin on the side,Pour melted butter over the top. (5) 25 grams connelian cherries . (6) 50 grams mixture of seedless raisins (sultana) and salt. Instruments: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, Draw and wash the whole fish, Make stuffing of shredded onion,pounded walnuts ,previously soaked and cut cherries, salted seedless raisins,Salt fish,stuff it with fruit and bake in oven. Sweet potato cake: Ingredients: (1) 1 cup sweet patato flour. (2) 1/2 cup wheat flour. (3) 1 cup sugar. (4) 3 eggs . (5) 1/2 cup fresh milk. (6) 1/2 cup margarine. (7) 1/2 Teaspoons salt. (8) 2 teaspoons baking powder. (9) Orange zest. Instruments: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, Mix thoroughly margarine with sugar (until it becomes creamy),Mix carefully the egg yolk with the vanilla (orange zest),Mix together the flour and salt,Add all,the fresh milk and finally the egg white,and beat together with the baking powder,put into a well-besmeared baking form.(Baking form should be greased with oil or margarine) place in the oven and bake until the cake is thoroughly cooked through.
